The situation with the COVID-19 pandemic has meant that certain protocols have been put in place to ensure the health and safety of yourselves and everyone else on our island.

Below you will find information on what to expect during your stay at Bonzai Studios, it is extremely important that you understand and follow any rules and protocols during your stay.

 

We are required by law to ask for the following information for every member of your party:

Name

Address

Nationality

Mobile phone number

Email address

Passport/ID number
 

COVID-19 ACCOMMODATION PROTOCOLS

 

The owner Yiannis and anyone working at the studios will have been trained in the protocols required by the Greek government, and have been awarded a ‘Health First’ certificate.

 

Yiannis will meet you when you arrive,  he will hand you your sterilised key in a plastic bag or similar.  He will not be able to help you with your luggage,  it will be your responsibility to take it to your studio.

Please respect the other guests staying at Bonzai Studios and maintain a distance of at least 1.5m from each other

 

Hand sanitizer will be provided in your studio for your own use, and also a pair of gloves and a mask for each person staying.  

 

The remote controls for the TV and air conditioning will be in plastic covers, please do not remove them

 

We are unable to clean your studio regularly as we would normally have done during your stay.  If you require cleaning or a change of linen/towels please arrange this with Yiannis when you arrive. ​ 

 

There will be a notice in your studio giving you information as to the previous guests check out date, the time they checked out and when the accommodation was last cleaned.

 

It will be your responsibility to remove all rubbish from your studio

 

Your studio should be aired as much as possible by leaving windows and doors open when you are in, and a window open when you are out.  Please note that all air conditioning units have been serviced by a specialist before your arrival.  

 

Bonzai Studios cannot accept any other persons on the property apart from guests staying at the studios and staff.  No one must visit your studio during your stay.

 

The pool will be regularly.  No more than 4 people can be in the pool at any one time.

 

The sunbeds have been placed at the required distance from each other and will be cleaned regularly.

 

The tables and chairs under the pergola have been placed at the required distance from each and will be cleaned regularly.

 

IF YOU FEEL UNWELL

If any member of your party should feel ill, and in particular have one or more of the following symptoms

• A fever

• A new persistent cough

• A loss of taste and/or smell

 

YOU MUST CALL YIANNIS ON (0030) 697 667 5307 AND REMAIN IN YOUR STUDIO WITH ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY UNTIL ADVISED ON THE NEXT STEPS

 

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDANCE AT ALL TIMES... 

• MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING OF AT LEAST 1.5 METERS

• WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY AND AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE

• WEAR A MASK IN CROWDED PLACES

 

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT WILL COVER YOU FOR ANY MEDICAL BILLS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED SHOULD YOU FALL ILL.
